Ferialdy Bahar

Commissioner

Ferialdy Bahar is an Indonesian citizen, 48 years old. He completed the STM . Education Program Development, Makassar in 1993 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the Muslim University Indonesia, Makassar in 1998. Started his career in the world of work in 1999 as Site Support at PT Trakindo Utama Bontang to support the performance of PT Cipta Kridatama.

He moved to PT Intraco Penta, Tbk by taking the opportunity as Regional Parts Analyst to Volvo Construction Equipment & Ingersoll Rand Product in Balikpapan for 5 years. With development his career got a better offer to work for a multinational company, Atlas Copco Drilling Solution in 2005 as Product Support Executive. At the end of 2005, he offered by PT MTU Indonesia (currently PT Roll Royce Solution Indonesia) to build the facility recently in Balikpapan as Assistant Manager - Parts and in 2010, MTU appointed him as Quality Management Coordinator in developing and ensuring the Quality Management System is implemented in company, he has conducted several audits in Indonesia & abroad.

In January 2015, he joined Coates Indonesia (PT Coates Hire Indonesia & PT Coates Services Indonesia) as Logistics Manager and in December 2016 to November 2019, he joined PT Arbas Mitra Energi as Operation Manager and currently works at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk as Chief Supply Chain Officer since December 2019 and also as Quality Management Representative for ISO 9001:2015. Currently, he holds the position of Commissioner of PT Borneo sentana Gemilang which is a subsidiary of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk.

Director

Indonesian citizen, 46 years old. Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Klabat in 2000.

Has experience as Acting Head Data Analyst with last position Accounts Payable at PT Arta Brilliant Food in 2000 - 2004.

Then in 2004, he joined PT Transkon Jaya Tbk by filling the position of Payable Officer and in 2005 - 2013 he held the position of General Accountant and Accounting Supervisor, he held the position of Accounting Superintendent for 1 year and in 2015 until now he served as Head of Accounting and served as Director at PT Borneo Sentana Gemilang which is a subsidiary of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk.
